Customer Advisory: China – Shanghai Updates
Following stricter COVID-19 measures from the Shanghai government on March 27, the city will be locked down in 2 phases:
Phase I
March 28, 5am – April 1, 5am: East & South areas of Huangpu River (Pudong & Punan Area)
Phase II
April 1, 3am – April 5, 3am: West of Huangpu River Area (Puxi Area)
More updates are as follows:
- All public transportation will shut down during the lockdown period
- Shanghai port, airlines, railways, global passenger, and FCL cargo transportation will maintain their operations
- All enterprises excluding essential services are required to work from home
- CFS container stuffing and delivery to port possible with EIR and 48 hours negative nucleic acid test report. Vendors will not be able to deliver LCL cargo during the lockdown periods

All staff from APLL Shanghai office is working from home. We are monitoring the situation closely, and our operation team has notified all vendors to stop cargo delivery. We are working with the impacted customers and will coordinate directly until the situation is relieved.
